Christopher Khoi

Managing Director

Christopher, Founder of RCP Finance, has over 14 years of experience in real estate finance, having closed over £4.5bn Globally.

Prior to founding RCP Finance, Christopher worked at AERIANCE, the debt fund arm of AERIUM, a €6.5bn real estate fund, and held positions at CENOR Group, Duet Group, and Credit Suisse.

Christopher has a strong academic background, having earned a BBA from SKEMA Business School and completed corporate finance studies at London Business School.

Tom Waycott

Managing Director

Tom has over 12 years of experience in property investment and debt advisory for private clients, family offices and institutions.

Before joining RCP Finance in 2021, Tom spent over 4 years at JR Capital, a UK-based multi-family office, where he worked on a range of acquisitions and loan structuring for clients across the globe. Earlier in his career, Tom worked in the private and corporate banking team at Handelsbanken in Central London, focused on commercial and residential property finance underwriting.

In addition to his role in RCP Finance, Tom also leads the activities of RCP Hospitality, consulting for some of the most innovative and forward-thinking developers and owners on repositioning and branding numerous hospitality projects around the world.

Tom holds an Honours Degree in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University.

Ivaylo is a UK-trained architect and hotel development executive with over 20 years’ experience delivering boutique hotels and large-scale resorts worldwide. He has worked with leading hospitality brands including Rosewood Hotels, Nobu Hotels, and Six Senses, across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and beyond. As Development Director for the Svart Hotel, he led the delivery of the world’s first off-grid, carbon-neutral, zero-waste luxury resort, setting a new benchmark for sustainable hospitality.

Tobias Kuemmel

Strategic Partner

Tobias Kümmel is Partner and Head of Hospitality at IBCOL Real Estate, leading hospitality investment, advisory, and growth initiatives. He works closely with private and institutional investors, family offices, and operators to deliver high-quality, value-driven hospitality developments. With experience across both owner and operator platforms, Tobias brings a holistic perspective spanning investment strategy, development, design coordination, and project delivery.

Faisal Iqbal

Strategic Advisor - Middle East

Dubai based senior finance and corporate advisory professional with over 26 years of experience across risk, corporate banking, structured finance, wealth management, and private markets.

Led multi-billion-dollar lending portfolios and executed landmark transactions, including the USD 1.5bn M&A of a hyper-casual gaming company. Specialized in bespoke debt solutions across multiple sectors and markets.

Built deep institutional, government, and royal-family relationships across the Middle East and South Asia. Held leadership roles at a Swiss boutique advisory firm (CEO), Emirates NBD, Barclays, Citigroup, and Standard Chartered.

Faisal is a graduate of the University of Lincoln (UK) and attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He serves on advisory boards supporting financial and geographic expansion in the Middle East.

Regis Castro

Partner – Head of Structuring

Senior investment banker with over 20 years of experience, including 17 years at JPMorgan in various roles in M&A, financing and credit risk management.

Led financing transactions across the capital structure and rating spectrum in all sectors for both developed and emerging markets. Responsible for credit investment decision and risk management of a multi-billion dollar credit portfolio while at JPMorgan.

Regis holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from Université Paris Dauphine, as well as an MBA.

Jason Rodrigues

Partner

Jason joined RCP Finance in 2025. He was previously the founder of boutique real estate advisory firm, RoanOak Capital.

Jason spent 15 years at Nuveen , where he was Head of European Real Estate Fund of Funds and then latterly was Senior Director in the Real Estate Debt Team. He has extensive experience investing across debt and equity structures across the UK and Europe. He started his career at Lehman Brothers with subsequent roles at UBS and Morgan Stanley.

Jason is a qualified accountant and holds a BA in Economics from Exeter University and Master’s in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School.

Ruben Chicheportiche

Principal

Since January 2018 Ruben has worked for RCP Finance and has completed over £1bn worth of financing in the UK and across Europe. Prior to RCP Finance, he worked in Investment Banking.

Ruben’s Investment Banking experience was gained as an Analyst at Banco-Santander in Paris, where he was covering large-cap clients for M&A and Project Finance.

Ruben holds an MSc in Corporate Finance & banking from EDHEC and BBA from Concordia.

Caleb Stewart

Principal

Caleb joined RCP Finance in 2025 and has an extensive background in real estate equity and credit investments across UK, EU & US markets totalling $750M.

Caleb joins from Bedrock Group,  a $7BN AUM investment firm, where as Senior Vice President he led the real estate business and was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and structuring of investments as well as the ongoing management of the portfolio.

Prior to Bedrock Group, Caleb was Associate Director at JR Capital where he covered all real estate acquisitions across the UK & Europe.

Mahrouz Choudhary

Business development

Mahrouz has an extensive background in development, investment, and financing across the real estate industry.

Mahrouz was the acquisitions lead for Chalegrove Properties and was responsible for originating and underwriting a £1 billion multifamily development pipeline, along with assisting with forward-funding arrangements on Landmark Pinnacle, the tallest residential tower in Western Europe.
